OVERVIEW

The RD-PSL30 is a fully enclosed 30 W infrared picosecond laser processing system designed for metal credit cards, metal membership cards, and metal smart cards. Using 1,064 nm ultrashort-pulse cold-processing technology, the system integrates four core processing functions into a single machine.

The system features picosecond cold processing with a pulse width of ≤12 ps, minimal heat-affected zone, minimal material deformation, minimal oxidation, and burr-free processing. It supports stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and ceramics. The fully enclosed design includes a laser-safe viewing window, electromagnetic safety interlock, and Class 1 laser safety classification. The enclosed dust-extraction channel and external dust-collection connection ensure a clean, eco-friendly process with no chemical cleaning agents required.

After quality guarantee period, if you can not maintain the equipments by self, we are under an obligation to go to work place and assist you to make maintenance. The cost of spare parts as well as expenses of traveling and man-hour of worker will be negotiated separately. Spare parts will be supported whether during guarantee period or not.
