OVERVIEW

The RD-CEM400 is a dedicated CNC machining system designed for metal card manufacturing. It integrates multiple processes, including chip-cavity milling, engraving, chamfering, and polishing, to meet a wide range of metal card production requirements.

  

The machine is built on a rigid granite machine base with precision guideways and lead screws, driven by a servo system and a high-speed spindle. The CNC control system and HMI provide intuitive operation and precise control over complex machining tasks.
