OVERVIEW
The RD-CIM2500 is a fully integrated automated machine designed for premium metal card manufacturing. It combines module preparation, precision chip implanting, hot and cold pressing, visual inspection, and ATR/ATS performance testing in a single production system.
Equipped with PLC, servo-control, and machine-vision technologies, the machine enables high-precision, reliable production of premium metal cards and other rigid smart-card materials.
The system features a comprehensive workflow: Card Feeding, Card Orientation Detection, Module Preparation, Chip Implanting, Hot Pressing, Cold Pressing, Defect Inspection, and a QCS Station.

The cost of spare parts as well as expenses of traveling and man-hour of worker will be negotiated separately. Spare parts will be supported whether during guarantee period or not.
