OVERVIEW
The machine uses the advance laminating technology for normal Magnetic Stripe Card, various Contact & Contactless smart card and prepaid card’s production. With heating and cooling towers, PLC control, double liquid compressor pump plus 4 pressure tanks to compress the sheet for the lamination.
The China’s 2nd Generation ID card which is the biggest ID card project in the world has adopted our mature lamination solutions. This machine occupied the major market share in China card manufacturing field.

All system controlled by PLC and operated by touchable screen. All the operation parameters set on the screen. Easy operation is one highlight.
• Advanced cooling system
Cooling water will be cycled in the cooling steel board, thus the steel board’s temperature will going down. There are water-pipe ports connected to cooling steel board.
• Advanced hydraulic control system
In each tower, there are 4 hydraulic cylinders working together and pressures controlled by 2 motor and hydraulic pumps. The pressure control is very average and precisely.
• Advanced heating system.
Use advanced heating rod. There are 6 heating rods in each press board. PLC controls each layer’s temperature precisely. The temperature precision is ±1℃. The lamination temperature range could be up to 170 ℃
• Advanced pressure control system
The pressure range is 0-18MPa and controlling precision is 0.1MPa (1 Bar), which achieved by advanced pressure sensor and PLC. The hydraulic components imported from global supplier which ensures system working reliable and stable.
