All members of Shanghai RSID Solutions Team visited Taicang Yinggu Stainless Laminated Plate Plant on 6/23 afternoon.

  

Many factories have been affected by the COVID-19 epidemic this year, orders have decreased, and production lines have been suspended. However, Taicang Yinggu business is still very good. Large domestic smart card manufacturers and passport Inlay manufacturers use their lamination plate.

Yinggu is a new type of high-tech steel plate factory. General Manage Li was a technical personnel, who is good at research and regards product quality as the first element. Mr. Li introduced to us the main production process of their steel plate, the superior products of the factory, and took us to visit the warehouse, cutting workshop and so on.

  

The characteristic products of the factory are: grating steel plate, micro-figure steel plate, skin grain steel plate etc.
 
The high hardness 1000HV has been successfully developed, and the 450HV steel plate has been put into mass production.
