RSID Solutions Successfully Completes Factory Acceptance Test of Fully Automatic Laminator in Inner Mongolia

RSID Solutions is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the factory acceptance test of a new fully automatic rotary laminator for a Vietnamese client. The machine parameters met the design requirements and fully satisfied the client’s needs. This is the fifth machine of the same model ordered by this client. This achievement lays a solid foundation for the client to expand production capacity, improve product yield, reduce labor intensity and production costs, and enhance product market competitiveness.

Project Overview

Starting from mid-January, RSID Solutions' dedicated team worked closely with the client to determine all technical parameters and requirements of the equipment. The new machine incorporates upgrades based on some improvement suggestions from the client, better adapting to the client’s production and operational workflows and facilitating maintenance and servicing of the equipment.

It achieves fully automated operation for the entire process of smart card lamination, including feeding, hot pressing, transfer, cold pressing, and reloading. It is suitable for a variety of materials, including PVC, PETG, ABS, and PC, with an extra-large size of 790*550mm and a production capability of up to 10 openings. The equipment effectively meets the client’s comprehensive requirements for smart card lamination production.
