From mid-February to early March, a dedicated team from RSID Solutions spent two weeks working closely with the client to establish and plan the inlay production line from scratch. The comprehensive project covered all aspects of smart card manufacturing, including detailed insights into the processes and technologies involved.

The newly installed production line encompasses a wide range of operations, from hole punching, chip placement, wire embedding and welding, to test, collation and lamination. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the initial requirements of the new factory and is fully equipped to scale up for higher production volumes or upgrade to dual-interface inlays and passport inlays as needed.
