Project Overview

From mid to late March, a dedicated team from RSID Solutions spent two weeks working closely with the client to establish and plan the RFID production line. The comprehensive project covered all aspects of smart card manufacturing, including detailed insights into the processes and technologies involved.

The newly installed production line encompasses a wide range of operations, including inlay making, inlay converting, inlay testing, etc. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the initial requirements of the new factory and is fully equipped to scale up for higher production volumes or upgrade to dual-interface inlays, passport inlays and RFID products making as needed.
