November 29, 2024 – RSID-Solutions – RSID-Solutions has launched its Multi-Language Corner, offering English and Chinese Speaking Club courses to enhance employee communication and cultural fluency. This initiative aims to equip employees with language skills, enabling more effective cross-border collaboration and better communication with global clients.
“We believe empowering employees with language skills is key to both their growth and our company’s future,” said CEO Summer XIA. The program, led by international employee Nurganym Spatay, will also include cultural awareness training to help navigate diverse business environments.
The language courses are available to all employees at no cost and will be offered during work hours. Jay Jiang, Vice President of RSID-Solutions, added, “This initiative will enhance our team’s skills and strengthen our global position.”
