Smart Card Chip Manual Welding Machine
OVERVIEW
In the production of smart cards, especially in the production of dual-interface cards and contactless cards, it is necessary to weld the contact points of the chip module connected to the antenna. The antenna is made of enameled wire, and there is insulation paint on it, which makes ordinary resistance welding impossible. Therefore, specialized welding equipment is required. The RD-RB1000 Smart card chip manual welding machine realizes Stripping Weld (SW), which directly welds the enameled wire without removing the paint.
This welding machine adopts a capacitive energy storage power supply, which outputs consistent and stable pulses. Due to its ability to finely adjust each output pulse, it achieves precise adjustment of welding current, making it very suitable for welding chip modules and small wire diameter enameled wire antennas in smart card manufacturing.

- Our equipments have 12 months for quality guarantee after sale. If the equipments do not work because of self cause, we will do free service and change the damaged spare parts.
- We will do life-long maintenance for all of our sold equipments. After quality guarantee period, if you can not maintain the equipments by self, we are under an obligation to go to work place and assist you to make maintenance. The cost of spare parts as well as expenses of traveling and man-hour of worker will be negotiated separately. Spare parts will be supported whether during guarantee period or not.
- After have finished maintenance, our service engineer will do training for the operators in plenty of time so that operators can be ensured to independently make operation, debugging and daily plant maintenance.
