OVERVIEW
These two types of steel plates are commonly used in card manufacture.
Glossy steel plates are made of high quality stainless steel which you can get the mirror surface through hot laminating.
With glue and hot laminating, matte steel plates can easily make cards a matte surface. It is widely used for various kinds of matte cards.

Glossy/Mirror Laminated Plate

• Thickness: 0.6/0.8/1.0 mm
• Surface Roughness (Ra): 0.01-0.25μm (customized)
• Feature: High Temperature Resistant 200-250℃. Cleaning surface & without any scratch
• Working Life: Over 4500 times (Depends on the steel plate hardness and laminating parameters)
• Packaging: PE protection bag (Avoid scratches and glue residue on the steel plate surface)
• Round edge: R3 or R5
• Application: PVC, PC, ABS, PET(G), etc.
Semi-matt/Matt Laminated plate
• Size: customized
• Thickness: 0.6/0.8/1.0 mm
• Surface Finish (Ra): 0.15-2.5μm (customized)
• Feature: High Temperature Resistant 200-250℃. Cleaning surface & without any scratch
• Working Life: Over 4500 times (Depends on the steel plate hardness and laminating parameters)

APPLICATIONS
Apply to smart card lamination workstage. Both for contact cards and contactless cards. Can be satisfied with the production of plastic cards, smart cards and RFID cards.
