OVERVIEW
Inlay/Card manufacturer needs a reliable machine in lab to produce prototype inlay/transponder in high precision, easy operation and a simple way!
The main job of machine is Copper Wire embedding onto inlay sheet, and chip bonding with antenna wires in a semi-auto way. It’s a necessary verification platform for a new antenna design before mass production of inlay/transponder.
The top level embedding unit is made of proven brand from Swiss, will empower various card materials like PVC, ABS, PC, PETG, TESLIN etc. Also, support material thickness of 0.10-0.50mm and speed of 300 transponders per hour.
Customization with different inlay layout for the machine is welcome!

• Suck board for material feeding. Rust protection.
• Clip Open/Close automatically once one coil finished.
• Embedding heads could be adjusted on all sides.
• Embedding head Lifespan is generally in 500,000 to 600,000 times, depends.
• Stable ultrasonic generator and frequency to 70Hz.
• Accuracy for X-axis and Y-axis of guide way is in ±0.01mm
