OVERVIEW

This machine is used for punching the plastic sheets into individual cards after lamination.

PLC control system, automatic sheet location position and double feeder & output system are applied in machine.

The feeder is automatic and adapts to a batch of sheets. The punching motor adopts high power serve driver.

The machine applies gapless internal ball screw to feed the sheets to ensure high sheets-feed accuracy which is within ±0.05mm. The machine also applies the high standard mark sensor to coordinate the step motor which realizes the Y axis direction feed.

All the cards punching by this machine are up to the ISO standard by equipping with high accurate punching die. The custom & durable punch die is also a highlight.

Engineer to customer’s site for training & repairment
Our equipments have 12 months for quality guarantee after sale. If the equipments do not work because of self cause, we will do free service and change the damaged spare parts.
We will do life-long maintenance for all of our sold equipments. After quality guarantee period, if you can not maintain the equipments by self, we are under an obligation to go to work place and assist you to make maintenance. The cost of spare parts as well as expenses of traveling and man-hour of worker will be negotiated separately. Spare parts will be supported whether during guarantee period or not.
After have finished maintenance, our service engineer will do training for the operators in plenty of time so that operators can be ensured to independently make operation, debugging and daily plant maintenance.

Q: In your machine: We would need option to OFF cutting process in your AS12EA machine. This is because we may also feed 300 x 485 / 290 x 485mm sheet size and punch directly by 3x7 / 3x8 layout.

A: We had this option. It can be done by software control.

Clarification Required:

Q: For this cutting activity we need to know how the cutting is recognized ?

A: It's recognized by the help of fixed cylinder to positioning and cutting.

Q: Is there any sensor marks to be printed on sheet for cutting ?

A: We plan to not use the sensor mark for recognization. The sheet would be cut from the middle by the stock stop group A and fixed cylinder, and the tolerance would be only about 0.1-0.2mm.

Q: Also can the operator be able to define the sheet size for cutting?

A: The sheet size for cutting is defined by the software, so the operate is not able to define it.
