OVERVIEW
As 4th generation Auto Card Inspection System, KX-CardCore-V3 is designed to inspect card surface defects, such as dent, spot, bubble, scratch, artwork problem, printing error, holo & S.P incorrect, position/color deviation, etc.
It’s designed by CBPM-KEXIN which is founded by China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation (CBPM) and China Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Shenzhen Cinda Investment Co., Ltd. They have a lot of innovate IP results in the image processing, precision machinery and optical, electronics and mechanic integration. Especially, the banknote sorting machine & card inspection machine has been widely used for more than 5 years.

1. I am working as a senior engineer in production dept. With Syscom Corporation Ltd , Noida. Our company is a sim card and smart card manufacturing unit and we are SAFRAN MORPHO group. Dealing in sim card and smart card business worldwide.
Our production targets are getting high day by day and on this way we are facing some issues with quality checks e.g. we faced defects like dent mark, scratches on card body, artwork problem, sequencing issues, barcode printing problems, barcode grade not ok, dead card means chip got dead during the process etc.
After discussion with you and reading the details of machines which are adding with this mail too, I come to know that these machines can help us a lot in quality inspection with a high rate. Manpower issues will also solved automatically by using these machines because now a days we have to plan a huge manpower to inspect defected cards manually and it takes lots of time.
2. We’re the card manufacturer & security printing system and we need your machine to inspect items as below:

3. In India market, only card sequence checking will be better option in quarter card format or machine which can detect sequence of ICCID and Barcode for 1 in 1 , 2 in 1 , and 4 in 1 card . We think it’ll work here if your machine can support that in one pass.
4. We are looking for a Card Inspection machine, below is the requirement for your quick reference:

We are mainly producing loyalty and gift cards – and a small part we do medium security identification cards like driving licenses, health cards and student IDs. 80% of all our orders are below 20.000 cards. Some are only 1.000 cards. Of course, it does not make sense to do machine control on this. But we would like a very fast setup for quantities above 5.000 cards, that checks on surface scratches, dots, ink drops, position of mag stripe and general position of the punching. More important is the setup-time – which should really be very fast as we have up to 10 jobs per day. I have been in Germany two days ago for this visual inspection machine, from the low to high speed. Very professional machine. But your machine attracts me a lot so I decide to check on site, and after that I will be in USA for another supplier.

7. Most card inspection system can inspect SIM card or banking card. But we mostly produce ID card and security document. It’s better to inspect IR ink, UV ink, transparent window, Pit, pearly finish and defect under film.
