A: As we all know, card manufacturers usually do the card inspection or rely on the print press captains’ experience to control the quality. But manual inspection is unstable, employment and training cost are high. Card inspection can’t inspect printed sheets. Sheet proof machine is a static analyzer which is not consequent and efficient. Online inspection on offset print press is not accurate enough and extremely expensive and its maintenance is complicated. So every card manufacturer are keen to have a independent sheet inspection system to control the offset printing quality.
