• It’s better to have durable and long lifetime and warranty to ensure my authority.
• We do have one sheet proof machine from Sino-mv tech and two card inspection systems from you. But we still need an auto sheet inspection system to control the offset printing quality and sometimes we outsource printed sheets and we also need the inspection before warehousing.
• Honestly, I used to work in banknote printing company in Thailand and we’ve cooperated with CBPM-KEXIN to have an online sheet inspection module on our offset print press. It’s too expensive and the maintenance is like a disaster. It’s difficult to ask the print press manufacturer for the fast response for cooperation and the service fee is high. Print press always bend the sheets which influence the camera imaging. So do you have the cost-effective independent sheet inspection system?
• We have card inspection machine from M.B. We’re satisfied with it. But it’s difficult to guide captain to adjust the offset press. Current QC requires the inspection in every important process. So we’re looking for a reliable sheet inspection system after offset printing.

Q: Who will need the auto large sheet inspection system?
A: Card manufacturer and printing house.
Q: Why do we need the auto large sheet inspection system?
A: As we all know, card manufacturers usually do the card inspection or rely on the print press captains’ experience to control the quality. But manual inspection is unstable, employment and training cost are high. Card inspection can’t inspect printed sheets. Sheet proof machine is a static analyzer which is not consequent and efficient. Online inspection on offset print press is not accurate enough and extremely expensive and its maintenance is complicated. So every card manufacturer are keen to have a independent sheet inspection system to control the offset printing quality. It’ll strengthen the quality control in the key process and reduce the waste of downstream process consumables like inlay, chip and hologram.

Q: Could you inspect registration, chromatography and chromatic aberration?
A: Yes, but there must be mark points and CMYK marks in the field of view. And it’s better to do white balance for the camera before each batch of inspection to get a good result.
